1. The minimum purchase is 1 AdPad and the maximum purchase is whatever is left.
2. When you subscribe to any AdPad, you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the page in the respective space you have paid for.
3. You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them. It can only be changed, if you renew your AdPad, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the page.
4. If your image and link are accepted and published on the page, you cannot get a refund.
5. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for this site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your AdPad.
6. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
7. If for whatever reason, if you want your image and link removed from the page before your AdPad expires, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available again.
8. Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 1 AdPad = 80x80 pixels), else we reserve the right to resize images to fit.
9. Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. No animated images will be accepted.
10. Links can be to a website (begin with http:// ) or to email (begin with mailto:)
11. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
12. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your AdPad goes live.
13. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum.
14. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared and your image has been received, we will aim to get your AdPad online within 24-48hrs.
15. Your advertisement will be online for as long as your subscription continues. You will be billed every 4 weeks automatically through PayPal until you cancel your subscription.
16. If you wish to keep your AdPad, you have keep your subscription active. Once your subscription expires, your ad will be removed and the AdPad(s) will be available for buy.
17. We have the right to change the layout, design or content of this site anytime.
